Some knowledgebase content, like product documentation, technical
information, and software updates, is available by browsing. Follow the
steps below to browse content in the Knowledgebase.
Click Support Documents.
Under the Browse link, click For Customers or Public Documents.
Tip: Click For Customers to choose from a list of products you own. Click Public Documents to browse marketing documents, free downloads used in promotions, and other public content for all Sage products.
Click a Product Family.
Tip: If you have a long list of products and do not see the Product Family you need to browse, use the navigation at the bottom
of the screen to scroll forward and backward in the list of Product Families.
