Perform a Basic Knowledgebase Search

Follow the steps below to do a basic keyword search in the Sage Knowledgebase.

Click the Knowledgebase tab to display the Knowledgebase Search page.
Type a few keywords in the Search field.

Tips

Select your Product Line from the "Sage Products" list to include the name of your product in your search keywords.
Boolean searches (using OR and NOT) are allowed.
Use double-quotes around exact phrases.

Click Search. The Sage Knowledgebase lists articles and documents weighted by how well they match your search terms.
Click an article or document name to view.
