Provide Feedback to a Knowledgebase Article

You can give feedback about an article to the author. Follow the steps below to provide feedback on a Knowledgebase article.

In the Knowledgebase Search Results area, next to an article you want to submit comments on, click Give Feedback and type your feedback for the author of the article.
Click Save Feedback.
The 'Feedback has been saved' window opens. Click Close.
