Perform an Advanced Knowledgebase Search

The Advanced Search tab gives you the opportunity to set additional search parameters like product and application. Follow the steps below to do an advanced search.

Click Support Advanced Search.
Enter your search terms in the Search field.

Tip: Boolean searches are allowed. Phrases need to be in double-quotes.
Select or enter your Advanced Search options. All of the fields are optional.

Tips
- If you select a Product Family, the Sage Knowledgebase automatically displays only those products and applications that apply to the Product Family you selected.
- If you know the approximate date the article was created or modified, you can choose equal to, less than, less than or equal to, greater than, greater than or equal to.
Click Search. The Sage Knowledgebase lists articles and documents weighted by how well they match your search terms.
Use the Sort By function to reorder your search results.
Click an article or document name to view.
