Rate a Knowledgebase Article

You can save ratings for Knowledgebase articles. Follow the steps below to rate a Knowledgebase article.

In the Knowledgebase Search Results area, click the Rate This Document link next to the document you want to rate.
Select the appropriate rating in the Rating window.
Click Save Rating. The ‘Rating has been saved’ confirmation message appears.
