Support Ticket Overview

The Support Ticket area in Partner Service enables you to create, search, view, and update existing support tickets. Also, if you are aligned to a customer and have been granted permission by the customer, you may view your customer’s tickets. You can also reference one of your customers when you enter a support ticket to indicate it is related to the customer’s issue and not your own company’s.
