Use caution when performing this task. Make a full backup of the ..\Sysdata\ and ..\IO_Data\ folders before proceeding. Back up the FRXRPTS.F32 file separately if it is not located in the ..\Sysdata\ folder.
The FRx Client installation cannot be moved from one workstation to another. Program files must be installed on a workstation from the FRx CD or from the network if the Client Deployment folder is created for a network client installation. See the reinstall section below for more information on Client Deployment.

From Windows, select Start / Settings / Control Panel / Add/Remove Programs.
Select "FRx" and click the 'Change/Remove' button.
Click 'Yes' at the prompt, "Do you want to completely remove the selected application and all of its components?"
Click the 'Finish'.
For a local client installation, browse to the ..\FRx\ directory on the local hard drive, and rename the ..\FRx\ folder with the extension .OLD.
For a network client installation, all FRx program files are installed on the network. Only minimum components are installed locally; therefore, the ..\FRx\ directory is not available. Perform the following to remove components installed on the local drive:

In Windows Explorer, select Tools / Folder Options. On the 'View' tab, select the 'Show All Files' check box, and clear the 'Unhide Files with Known Extension Types' check box.
Search for and delete all FRx*.* files on the local drive.

Examine the registry file and verify that the FRx version is properly removed. Manually delete all FRx references from the registry.
