Update or Cancel a Knowledgebase Subscription

Follow the steps below to update an existing Knowledgebase subscription.

1. Hover the mouse over Help  then click Watch List.
2. Click the link in the Subscription column for the subscription you need to update.
3. Make any of the following changes to your subscription:

• Change the notification parameters.
• Change the frequency of notification.
• Set or change the subscription's expiration date.
• Add a comment, for example, to remind you why you subscribed to the article.

4. Click Update Subscription.

Follow the steps below to cancel an existing Knowledgebase subscription:

1. Hover the mouse over Help   then click Watch List.
2. Click the link in the Subscription column for the subscription you need to delete.
3. Click Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the page.
