Option 3: (Option 3 is only available for MAS 90/200 versions 4.30 and lower)

Below are the steps to roll back to FRx SP9:

  1. Make a backup of the shared SysData folder. You can confirm the location of this folder by going to Admin, Organization and selecting the SysData button in FRx Report Designer.
  2. While all users are out of FRx, go to Add/Remove Programs and uninstall the FRx service pack. If prompted, choose to roll back.
  3. Once the service pack is uninstalled, start FRx Report Designer and confirm the Release Number by clicking on Help and selecting About.
  4. If the service pack level is correct, continue to Step 5. If the service pack level is too low, download and install SP9. If the service pack level is still too high, fully uninstall the existing service and then download and apply SP9.
  5. Once FRx Report Designer is at SP9, you will need to run a HotFix to remove SP11 registry keys to prevent from getting an Error 91 when generating reports to Excel.
  6. If FRx is installed on the server (Thin Client), you must run Client Setup from the workstation.
