Cannot save changes to the base year in a catalog.

Possible Resolution:

FRx for Sage PFW ERP:

Perform the following in the order listed until the issue is resolved:

  1. From Sage PFW, open General Ledger / File Maintenance / Period Date. Verify that period dates for the new base year have been generated. For more information, see How to set up period dates.

  2. Open General Ledger / Transaction Processing / Edit List. Specify the base period as the 'As of Date', and run the Edit List. Verify that there are no errors on the Edit List.

  3. Delete the .G32 file for the affected company. For more information, see How to delete the .G32 file.

  4. From FRx, rebuild the G/L index. For more information, see How to delete and rebuild the FRx indexes.
