Sage Software Customer Support can assist with FRx installation, registration, and program related issues but is not responsible for assisting with report design. Use the following resources to design and troubleshoot FRx reports.
Note: Some of the following resources are fee-based services.
Basic report design:
- Read the 'FRx Financial Reporter User's Guide'.
- In Windows, select Start / Programs / FRx Financial Reporting / Table of Contents / FRx Financial Reporter User's Guide.
- Use the FRx FW Company demo data.
- In the FRx Designer, select Company / Select Default.
- Select FW FilmWorks Demo and select OK.
- Examples of Rows, Columns, and Trees are displayed as a reference.
- Review the FRx sample reports.
- In Windows, select Start / Programs / FRx Financial Reporting / Table of Contents / View Sample Reports.
- Review the FRx Tutorial.
- In Windows, select Start / Programs / FRx Financial Reporting / Table of Contents / Tutorial.
- Attend a Sage Software 'Introduction to FRx Desktop' class.
- The class can be live e-learning or instructor-led in the classroom.
