My Profile and Password Overview

You set up your profile and password information when you register on the Customer Portal.  You can change some fields in your profile and you can reset your password when necessary.

In the My Profile section, you can change your personal telephone numbers and whether or not you receive promotional e-mails. If you choose to opt-out for promotional email messages, you can uncheck the box beside the Promotional Email Messages. Changing the opt-out options here changes it for all promotional product lines but only for email. This does not affect technical product information or Knowledgebase subscription notifications. There are other options for direct mail and fax promotions; however, these can only be made by a Sage associate. 

If you want to change anything else, you must use the Self Service area or click the Customer Service Request (CSR) link on this page to request the change from Sage. The request is automatically routed to the proper team, and then a Sage associate must make updates to your account.

If you forget your password or need to change it, you can reset it. You must be logged off in order to reset your password. When you reset your password, Sage Software will send a message to your e-mail address with a new logon password. When you log on with the system-generated password, the system will automatically ask you to create a personalized password.

Tip  Tip: Passwords must contain at least eight characters, including at least one number and one special character.
