Change your password

Perform the following steps to change your password:
  1. If you are logged on to the Customer Portal, click Log Off. The Log On screen displays.
  2. Click Forgot your password?.
  3. Click Reset Password.
  4. Enter your e-mail address.
  5. Click the Submit button.
  6. Check your e-mail for the temporary password. 
  7. Log on using the temporary password.
  8. When prompted, enter a new password.
Tip  Tip
Passwords must contain at least eight characters, including at least one number and one special character.
