Profile Details and Password Overview

You set up your profile and password information when you register on the Customer Portal.  You can change some fields in your profile and you can reset your password when necessary.

In the Profile Details area located under the Profile tab, you can change your personal telephone numbers.

If you want to change anything else, you must submit a General Question Case (New Case link displayed at top) to request the change from Sage. The General Question Case is automatically routed to the proper team, and then the changes are made.

Note  Note: The address displayed on the Profile Details page is that of the company.

If you forget your password or need to change it, you can reset it. You must log off in order to reset your password. When you reset your password, Sage Software will send a message to your e-mail address with a new logon password. When you log on with the system-generated password, the system will automatically ask you to create a personalized password.

Tip  Tip
Passwords must contain at least eight characters, including at least one number and one special character.
