Log on to the Customer Portal
When you link to the Customer Portal, the window opens and the
Welcome Guest greeting is displayed. Perform the following steps to log on to the customer portal.
- Click Log on
(in the upper-right corner of the screen). If you have not yet registered, click the
Sign up for a portal accountr link from this page.
Note
: You must register before you can log on to the Customer Portal.
- If you already have registered, You must enter data in the following fields:
- E-mail
Address: Here you need to enter the email
address. Note that
the
email address must match what Sage has in your master record. If your
email record is changed in the Sage database, then
the login with the original email will no longer work.
- Password:
You must enter your password.
- Click Log on.
