Sage Business Management System - Project Atlas

Several years ago, we began work on a significant project to unify our business management systems across North America.

The business management system project (also known as "Atlas") will integrate our sales, marketing, and support systems with our accounting, reporting, and other back-office systems to provide a common platform across Sage North America. Among the many benefits that will be delivered upon the completion of this project are the following:

  • A unified portal creating a consistent experience for all Sage partners and customers
  • A single view to our partners and customers across North America
  • Standard business rules and processes across all business units, product lines, and geographies to better support our partners, customers, and prospects
  • Standard metrics and reports to measure the results for both Sage and our partners
  • A platform and structure that support our growth
  • A simplified and more efficient IT infrastructure that will allow continued investment in our partner programs and products
Launch Dates for Rollout 3
The next milestone of this project will come with the launch of our systems that support the following product lines:
  • Sage Peachtree
  • Sage ACT!
  • Sage DacEasy
  • Sage Timeslips

Our internal systems and the Partner and Customer Portals will go live on Monday, February 28, 2011. This site will remain in place with static content from February 28 through March 18. On March 18, old URLs will re-direct  to the new portal and the old partner sites will no longer be maintained.

The Sage Customer Portal is Also Changing

As we update our business management system, customers will also receive a new streamlined website – the Sage Customer Portal. In order to access the new site, customers must have email addresses on file. If any customers are using your email address as their point of contact, please make sure you replace your email address with the customer email address.
