Create an Activity

Perform the following steps to create an activity.

  1. Click Account Management  arrow  My Activities.
  2. Click New  arrow  Activity (Chnl Partn).
  3. If you have alternate addresses, click the checkbox to the left of the address you want in the Partner Has Alternative Address window.
  4. Click Choose
  5. In the Activity Partner field, enter the activity partner.

    Note  Note: If you do not know the activity partner, click the Search icon to perform a search.

  6. Enter the name of the contact person in the Contact Person field or search for the contact.
  7. Enter a description in the Description field.
  8. Enter any other pertinent information in the appropriate fields.
  9. Click Save.
