Managing Activities Overview   

You can manage or create activities from the Account Management arrow My Activities link. 

Activities include business activities, for example telephone calls or customer visits. Activities also include tasks, for example, preparation for a presentation. Channel Partners and Channel Partner Managers can create business activities for themselves.

You document your activities by entering data in the available standard fields and using activity journals and questionnaires.

Tip  Tip:  If you are a Channel Partner Manager, you can also create business activities and assign them to your channel partner employees for further processing. Channel partner employees then process the business activities in the Channel Partner Portal.
