The Performance Patch was not installed properly:

1. Using Control Panel / Add/Remove Programs, uninstall the Microsoft SQL Server Compact 3.5
2. Double-click on the Sage MAS 90 and 200 Intelligence Performance Patch_1.00.0021.exe
3. Select the Remove option
4. Double click on the Sage MAS 90 and 200 Intelligence Performance Patch_1.00.0021.exe to reinstall the Performance Patch
