Steps to Duplicate:

In TST company:

1. 1. Open Sage MAS 90 and 200 Intelligence Report Manager
   2. Open Financials, Financial Reports 2-0(MAS)
   3. Click Run
   4. Enter 2010 at the Fiscal Year
   5. Enter ORIGINAL  at the Budget Code Click OK
   6. Report will run for an extended period of time(over 50 minutes)
   7. "Report Execution Error : Unspecified Error (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80004005 (E_FAIL)) Number -2147467259 Source :  Driver Error : Unknown SQL State : Unknown" will occur.

Expected Behavior:

Report should generate without error

Possible Workaround:

Generate the report without budget information
