Steps to Duplicate:

In customers company:

1. From MAS Intelligence \ Tools \ launch Report Manager
2. Double click Designer folder, Highlight Financial Reports 2-0
3. Click Run.
4. Enter Financial Year 2011, Budget Set 1
5. Click OK to begin
6. About 10 minutes later the report completes

Expected Behavior:

10 Minutes seems too long for the Financial Reports to complete.
