Toggle Switch Sign does not work if account description contains a special character in SMI Report Designer.

Steps to Duplicate:

In ABC company:

1. Launch SMI Report Manager.
2. Expand Designer and Run the Financial Reports Designer 2-0 report
3. Enter the following Report Parameters and click Ok:
• Fiscal Year = 2010
• Budget Code = Original
4. In Excel 2007, click on the BITools menu, then click Launch button.
5. Click New Layout, enter a Layout Name and click Ok.
6. In Group By section, click Select button.
7. Select AccountDesc
8. On the Rows tab, right click on Cash on Hand and select Toggle Switch Sign. (Note: "SWITCH" appears below account description)
9. Right click on Cash in bank - payroll and select Toggle Switch Sign
10. Note: "SWITCH" does not appear below any account description that contains a special character.

Expected Behavior:

Should be able to toggle the display sign for all accounts.
