Possible Resolution:

This issue was only reproducible with a Customer's Database.

The Financial Reports provided in Sage MAS Intelligence generate comparative balance sheets and/or income statements for any specified financial year, period, quarter, and budget.

The Connector is Source mainly from the tglaccthist and tglbudget tables.

In this scenario, the user only had one Fiscal Year in Set Up Fiscal Years. They had imported the GL Account History into the tglaccthist table. There were Period 1 records missing from the tglaccthist table which was causing the error to occur.

To resolve, we added the next Fiscal Year in MAS 500 (General Ledger, Maintenance, Maintain GL Accounts, GL Setup, Set Up Fiscal Calendar) and ran the GL Recalculate History task (General Ledger, Activities, Utilities, GL Recalculate History).

This updated the tglaccthist table and the Financial Report was able to be ran without error.
