Steps to Duplicate:

In [SOA] company:

1. Expand MAS Intelligence, Tools, Report Manager.
2. Expand the Designer folder. Copy the Financial Reports Designer Report.
3. Create a New Folder and Paste Report into new Folder.
4. Generate the Report.
5. Enter 2008 in the 'Financial Year' field. Enter 2 in the 'Budget Set' field. Click 'OK'.
6. In Excel, click on the 'BI Tools' tab.
7. Select the 'Quick Edit' drop-down and select 'Balance Sheet'.
8. In Report Designer, click the Report Filter 'Select' button.
9. Click on "Segment02". Click on 'Generate Layout'.
10. In Excel, click the 'Segment02' filter drop-down.

Note: The Descriptions of the Segment Display rather than the Segment Value. (Ex. "00" , "01"...)

Expected Behavior:

If filtering by a Segment of the GL Account the filter should be based off of the Value of the Segment and not the Description of the Segment.
