How to generate the Consolidated Financial Reports

The following steps require a Connector license.  For more information on purchasing a Connector license, please contact your Sage Business Partner.

  1. Expand the Financials Object
  2. Highlight the Consol Acc Group Code 2-0(MAS)
  3. In the Database Consolidation List, select or enter the company codes you wish to consolidate. NOTE:  This selection is populated by logging into Report Manager.  If a company code is missing, close Report Manager and relaunch entering the missing company code when logging back into Report Manager.
  4. Highlight the Consol Financial Reports Sub 2-0(MAS)
  5. In the Database Consolidation List, select or enter the company codes you wish to consolidate
  6. Highlight the Consol Financial Reports 2-0(MAS)
  7. Click the Run button
  8. In the Enter Report Parameters window, enter the Fiscal Year and Budget Code and click OK
  9. Assign the General Ledger Account Group Categories on the Categories tab
  10. Click on the Menu tab and generate the desired Consolidated Financial Report
