Steps to Duplicate:

In ABC company:

1. Open Report Manager
2. Expand Dashboard Object
3. Highlight Dashboard Analysis 2-0(MAS) and click Run icon
4. Note the Date format in the Enter Report Parameters window is incorrect.  Issue also occurs in Report Drill-Down

Expected Behavior:

Date Format should default to MM/DD/YYYY or determined from system settings
