Steps to Duplicate:

In [SOA] company:

  1.  Delete several default security group in Maintain Security Group prior to updating SMI
  2.  Download and install SMI Server and Client
  3.  During SMI Server installation, when prompted, update database by selecting 'Servername' and 'Database name' and select 'OK' button.  Notice error occurs.

Expected Behavior:

SMI should update database successfully

Resolution:

  1. Please click HERE to use the Download Manager to download the latest Sage MAS Intelligence Server version for Sage ERP MAS 500
  2. Using "Windows Add and Remove Programs," uninstall your current version of Sage MAS Intelligence server for Sage ERP MAS 500
  3. Reinstall the latest Sage MAS Intelligence server version
