Possible Resolution:

1. Click the Select Databases button in the Database Consolidation List
2. Select the applicable databases and click OK

If all companies are not listed:

1. Close Report Manager
2. Relaunch Report Manager
3. Enter the missing company code in the Login screen and click OK
4. Repeat steps for all missing companies
