How to display only the net total of the transactions made for a balance sheet account for the year specified on the report in FRx. Typically Balance Sheet accounts will only display the rolling balance of the account when displaying YTD.

Possible Resolution:

1. Open the catalog and open the column layout
2. Create a column with the following detail: Type: GL; Fiscal Year: BASE-1; Period Code: 12 (or the last period code for your fiscal year); Current Per/YTD: YTD; Print Control: NP
3. Create another column with the following detail: Type: GL; Year: BASE; Period Code: BASE;  Current Per/YTD: YTD; Print Control: NP
4. Create another column with the following detail: Type: CALC; Calc Formula: (Col B) - (Col A)
5. Save the Column
