A user opens FRx - Organization and clicked the FRx Security button and selected FRx Security. The Use Network ID field was not enabled..

Possible Resolution:

To enable the Use Network ID checkbox, in Windows go to Start - Settings - Network Connections - Local Area Connection click on the Properties button.

Click the checkbox for Client for Microsoft Networks. Click on the Client option to Add. You may be prompted for the Windows installation CD. Once this completes the checkbox should be enabled.
