Possible Resolution:

There was a glitch in the period dates during posting that caused the error. In this instance, user was able to narrow error down to one GL Account in a specific period and year.

 To resolve, recalculate the account balances in GL, Setup Fiscal Calendar.  Follow the steps below:

1. Verify a good backup of database is available
2. Restore database to test before recalculating account balances
3. From General Ledger, select GL / GL Setup / Set Up Fiscal Calendar and locate the fiscal period and year this error occurs on
4. Alter the year for the period by changing the day to one before. ie., 8/31/2009 to 8/30/2009 and select 'Finish' button. 
5. Select 'Yes' when prompted to recalculate account balances.  Note: This process will take time depending on the amount of transactions available to recalculate balances for.
6. When recalculate is complete, return back to GL / Setup Fiscal Calendar and change the period back to the original ie., 8/30/2009 to 8/31/2009 (repeat Step 3-5)
7. Log out of FRx and delete .g32 folder from /Sysdata on shared directory
8. Relaunch FRx and generate report should successfully display transactions in the period and year specified
