Possible Resolution:

Scenario A:

This is due to Windows Network User permissions.  See "What permissions are required for FRx users" to resolve issue.

Scenario B:

This error may also be encountered when opening Print Setup under File in the Catalog.

This error is caused by a printer problem on the Citrix/Terminal Server.

To resolve:

Have the Network Administrator look at these areas:

1. FRx Users need to have the correct print permissions on the Citrix/Terminal Server Printer.
2. The Print Spooler needs to be running properly.
3. The Printer needs to be updated to date with a current print driver.
