Possible Resolution:

Uninstall and reinstall Service Pack 10.
Note: If FRx is running on fat client installations and this issue occurs on multiple workstations, run this procedure on one workstation before moving on to the other workstations

1. Go to FRx folder where the .exe files are located
2. Double-click Unwise.exe to uninstall the service pack.
3. Double-click the service pack file and reinstall service pack 10
