Possible Resolution:

FRx exports the results from a catalog into an Excel file as indicated by the Output Options in the catalog. If you chain another catalog, FRx will export the results to an additional Excel file.

FRx prevents the user from exporting each report into one single workbook because each report must have its own unique File Name. You wouldn't be able to use the same name to try to combine them, as it would overwrite the prior results.
