When Microsoft FRx Report Manager is installed to a network path (either on its own or along with a client installation), this security message will be displayed. By default, .NET security policy does not allow programs on other computers to run. The user will be given the choice to allow the FRx installation to alter the security settings, or the user can choose to do it on their own at a later time.

NOTE: If the security change is not made, users will be able to run all FRx programs except for Report Manager.
