Possible Resolution:

Resolution 1:

Restore the NL files from backup, or for a recently upgraded company, copy the files from the company file in the prior version and run auto data conversion. For more information, see How to process the auto data conversion.

Resolution 2:
Receives error when trying to open catalog.
This is a brand new company and no period dates had been setup.
Created period dates and was able to bring up catalog.
