Possible Resolution:

Restore the FRXsys32.mdb file from a backup.  This error normally occurs when a user tries to edit the files or when the file is damaged so that the program reads the file as being edited.

This error may also occur if the Regional and Language Options have been changed.  Reset the regional language settings:

1. Click the Start button. Point to Settings and then Control Panel. Click Regional and Language Options.
2. Click the Regional Options tab, and select English as the default language.
3. Click theLanguages tab. In the Supplemental language support area, clear both check boxes.
4. Click the Advanced tab, and verify theJapanese language is not selected or enable.
