Possible Resolution:

Check the file name under the Output Tab:

1. Select report from Catalog of Reports
2. Click on the Output Tab
3. On the Output Options Tab verify the file name.  Note: this field should only have a file name not a path to the file.  If a path is displayed, change the field to reflect only the file name.
