Possible Resolution:
- When statistical amounts are posted, Sage MAS 500 records the positive or negative amount in a Statistical Unit column in the tglAcctHist table
- During the year end processing the user is prompted to clear non-financial accounts
- If YES is selected, the balance of these accounts changes to zero in the Statistical Beginning Balance Column in the tglAcctHist table.
- If NO is selected, the balance is rolled over into the first period for the next year and is recorded as a Statistical Beginning Balance.
- By not clearing the non-financial accounts the FRx report may be displaying the current year's statistical data along with the Statistical beginning balances from the prior years.
