Possible Resolution:

1. Apply the latest service pack for FRx.
2. With everyone out of FRx except one machine go to File->Compact FRx Databases->Current Spec Set
3. Run the report again.

IF this does not solve the issue then:

1. Create a new blank row, column, and tree
2. Copy the row, column, and tree information from the original report into the new row, column, and tree that you created.
3. Create a new catalog.
4. Run the report to a Formatted Excel (.XLS).
