How to use the Additional Text column in Reporting Trees.

Possible Resolution:

To create additional text.

  1. Open FRx Designer.
  2. On the FRx Desktop menu, click `Reporting Trees', and click `New'or select an existing reporting tree.
  3. Notice Column `Z Additional Text'. Click in the first field under the column header (Z,1) and click on the dropdown arrow. The Additional Text window displays. This window consists of 10 `Text' Rows of which you can manually add additional text.

Including Additional Text in the Headerand/ or Footer of a Report:

  1. From the Catalog of Reports window, click the Page Options tab.
  2. Click the Headers / Footers tab.
  3. Select either the Page Headers or Page Footers option.
  4. Click the Left, Center, or Right cell to select the text alignment.
  5. Click the Codes arrow and select Text[#] from Reporting Tree (@UNITT[#]).
  6. Note: Select the actual unit text entry number indicated by the # symbol. For example, @UNIT4 specifies the fourth additional text entry for the reporting unit.
  7. Click Save.
  8. Click Close.
