Generating a drilldown viewer or xml output file requires the following: Internet Explorer 6.0/MSXML 4.0 SP1 or later, it may be necessary to install or reinstall the component or components listed above" occurs when generating a FRx report on a Windows Vista computer.
Possible Resolution:
Msxml.dll was not successfully installed and registered when Microsoft Vista was installed.
- Have all users exit FRx.
- Download the attached Msxml.dll file, and save the file in the C:\Windows\System32 folder.
- Manually register the Msxml.dll file.
