Possible Resolution:

1. In Frx, open catalog and select 'Report Options' tab and select 'Advanced' tab
2. In the 'Exception Report' section, deselect 'Report missing accounts' and 'Report duplicate accounts'.  Select 'Save' and rerun report to output
