Either FRx Designer is open on a workstation or *.ldb (locked) files are in the Sysdata directory on the network server.
Possible Resolution:
Have all users exit FRx. Delete all *.ldb files. Perform the following:
- Have all users exit Microsoft FRx 6.x.
- Delete all *.ldb files from the Sysdata directory on the network server.
- Start the Install Assist program again.
