Possible Resolution:

Disable Windows User Account Control. Perform the following:

  1. Start the Microsoft Windows Control Panel.
  2. Click User Account and Family.
  3. Click Add or remove user account.
  4. Click the user account.
  5. Click Go to the main User Account page.
  6. Click Change security settings.
  7. Clear the Use User Account Control (UAC) to help protect your computer check box.
  8. Click OK.
