Possible Resolution:
The file C:\Windows\System32\OLEMSG32.DLL is missing on the workstation.
- Copy the file OLEMSG32.DLL from another workstation to the workstation where the error occurred.
- Manually register OLEMSG32.DLL on the workstation where the error occurred.
Note: If FRx version 6.7.3073 is installed using a thin client installation, then Microsoft Outlook must be installed on the server and the workstation. If FRx version 6.7.3073 is installed using a FAT installation, then Microsoft Outlook is required on the workstation only.
