"Object Collection: Couldn't Find Item Indicated by Text" when using reference or group codes in FRx

Subject:

"Object Collection: Couldn't Find Item Indicated by Text" occurs when using reference or group codes in FRx.

Steps to Duplicate:

1. Open FRx Designer. 
2. Click the Catalog of Reports button, and open an existing column layout.
3. Locate the column that you want to restrict to a product group and project code.
4. In the Account Filter cell, enter the full account code (that you want to restrict).
5. Enter a comma followed by the product group and/or project code in brackets, for example:
   1010-00-00-00,[26389]
6. Repeat steps 2 through 4 for each column that you want to restrict to a product group and project code.
7. Save the column layout.
8. Generate the FRx report, and notice the error occurs.

Expected Behavior:

When using reference or group codes, FRx report should generate without error.

Possible Workaround:
