Error "Action Cancelled: Internet Explorer was unable to link to web page" in FRx.

Cause:

This error is caused by a security issue on Windows Server 2003 . Windows Server 2003 SP1 disabled the use of the HTML Help ActiveX control, thus preventing the opening of compiled Help files across a network.

NOTE: The FRx help file is a CHM file which is a Compiled HTML file.

Possible Resolution:

1. Copy the .CHM files from the FRx root directory on the server and placed them on the users local machine.  Then add a shortcut into the FRx 6.7 start menu to the .CHM files.  Then  to view the help files click on the shortcut under Start / Program Files /| FRx 6.7.
