How to use colors, shading, boxes and lines in FRx
Possible Resolution:
For colors and shading for descriptions on the row format
- In FRx / Report Designer / Row Format
- Select or highlight any description on the row to format
- Click on 'Font Styles' field drop down menu, select the desired font, color and style
For colors and shading for amounts on the reports
- In FRx / Report Designer / Column Layout
- Select the column to change the color
- Highlight the Column Detail Type (GL, CALC, etc.)
- Click on 'Font Styles' field drop down menu, and select the desired font, color and style
For lines on the report
- In FRx / Report Designer / Row Format
- Select the row to enter the line type
- Enter the following description in the 'Description' column
- Type= 1: thin line (default)
- Type= 2: thick line
- Type= 3: dotted line
- Type= 4: two lines, thick line followed by thin line
- Type= 5: two lines: thin line followed by thick line
- Use 'LNE' for the Format Code in Column C
For boxes on the report
- In FRx / Report Designer / Row Format
- Use 'BXB' and 'BXC' format codes
- These codes indicate the beginning and end of a box. FRx draws a box around the report rows that begin with the BXB row and end with the BXC row.
- To specify what column to have the box
- In the Row Format, under the Column G
- Specify the Column to box, related to the Column Layout
