DrillDown Viewer hangs when exporting reports to Microsoft Excel

Subject:

DrillDown Viewer hangs at page two when exporting a report to Microsoft Excel under the following circumstances:

• One of the units has no financial information to display.
• The entire tree is exported
• Formulas are exported.

Steps to Duplicate:

1. Launch an FRx Report Designer version older than 6.7.6062.
2. Generate a report with the following conditions:
• One of the units has no financial information to display.
• Output = DrillDown Viewer
3. Open the generated .FRD file in FRx 6.7.6062.
4. Export the report to Microsoft Excel. At the 'Export Selection' window, select the following:
• Entire Tree
• Export Formulas
5. Note that the report hangs on page two.

Expected Behavior:

The report should successfully export to Microsoft Excel.

Possible Workarounds:

Perform either of the following:

• Export the report without formulas.
• Export each unit individually, skipping the unit with no financial information.
• Export .FRD files to Microsoft Excel from an FRx version other than 6.7.6062.
